This book unveils an amazing theory. Our lives have five dimensions that are essential for living a healthy, successful, and tranquil existence. These are our financial, social, internal, physical, and spiritual affairs. This book offers insight into helping us recognize the five life dimensions. It will teach us how to bring these dimensions into balance. We cannot reach our potential as individuals unless all five of these life dimensions are balanced. If we neglect any one of them, the ensuing disharmony destroys our tranquility and can wreck our lives. The 5 Essential Dimensions is an attempt to prevent this happening.

Is There a Message in Your Book That You Want
Readers to Grasp?
Yes of course. This book is for everyone, it is a human manual.
The five essential dimensions is a theory to develop decision-making maturity.
Life is all about decisions. We need to consider the five dimensions in all our
decisions. The five dimensions are – the physical, financial, social, internal
(thoughts & motivation) and spiritual. If we develop the methodology we
will make better decisions.
How many books have you written and which is your
favorite?
5 Essential Dimensions is my first book which was initially
written in Arabic and then translated into English. I am busy writing my second
book now.
Is there anything you found particularly
challenging in writing your book?
The most challenging part of writing this book was writing the
section about internal equilibrium. I spent many years of my life reading psychology
books, that's how I found the knowledge to complete my theory. The other challenge
was my nature as a perfection seeker. I revised the Arabic version about 200
times and the English version another 200 times. This actually worked to my
advantage because I've subsequently had no serious criticism of my book in either
the Arabic or the English.
When did you begin writing?
In 2012, I started as a column writer for one of the leading
newspapers in Kuwait. Some friends kept suggesting that I write a book as they
liked what I was writing in my columns. Also, I am a good analyst with a nature
of pattern recognition, so I decided to write a book about life. I didn’t know
at the time that the book would turn out as it did, it evolved along the way.
How long did it take to complete your first book?
The actual writing process took me one year.
What is your favorite part of the writing
process?
It's not so much that I have a favorite part or even enjoy it; I
feel I am obliged to write to share the things that I have discovered. After
five years of writing, I now feel something is missing if I don't write.
Describe your latest book in 4 words.
An essential human manual!
Can you share a little bit about your current
work or what is in the future for your writing?
I am busy writing my
next book in Arabic, which should hopefully be finished by the end of this
year. I will then begin working on the English translation. I hope it will be
available in English in mid 2018. I am trying to answer one question in this next
book: What is the meaning of life? You need to wait for the book to know more J
